Faizi founded Pinnacle Consultant Group in Virginia, US in 2016 and is responsible for setting the strategic direction with a focus on enhancing its service and growing the business from existing and new customers. After running a successful construction company and spending 35 years in the business, he saw the need for a company that offers superior, value-added service to the commercial construction industry by providing efficient, cost-effective, and accurate takeoffs, renderings and quantity estimates. Pinnacle Estimations Ltd a subsidiary of Pinnacle Consultant Group was established in 2022 in Montego Bay, Jamaica to expand its estimation services worldwide in commercial and residential flooring, paint, drywall, roofing, countertops, divisions 8 &10, and rendering. Faizi has always believed the success of a business depends on the quality and performance of its people and introduced the P-T-S-G (People-Training-Service-Growth) philosophy. He has always prioritized the recruitment of the highest quality employees and encourages continuous improvement through training and learning new developments in the industry, resulting in knowledgeable employees and satisfied clients. Faizi is a member of Floor Covering Installation Contractors Association (FCICA) and National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA). He is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
