About Us

Pinnacle Consultant Group is a pre-construction estimating firm based in Northern Virginia that services both commercial and residential subcontractors throughout the United States. In 2016, Pinnacle entered the marketplace to address their estimating needs. By partnering with construction subcontractors, we help improve their efficiency, time management, and overhead while delivering quantity takeoffs to help with their estimating needs. Pinnacle Consultant Group allows construction subcontractors to increase market presence and increase their bidding capacity, and at the same time, lower their overhead, eliminate time and money spent in training estimators and address concerns with churn. Construction subcontractors across the country utilize Pinnacle Consultant Group’s Estimators and Account Managers to experience a truly hands-on project management experience in a virtual platform. Pinnacle Consultant Group is revolutionizing the traditional pre-construction process through streamlined strategic operations and quality-driven estimation processes.   • Estimators at Pinnacle Consultant Group are qualified structural engineers and architects who have completed our in-house comprehensive training program.
  • Pinnacle Consultant Group also offers Account Managers who are dedicated to servicing the daily needs of our clients. They respond to client questions related to the quantity take-offs as the subcontractors put together their pricing to bid a project successfully and accurately.
  • Pinnacle Consultant Group specializes in many of the different softwares currently available in the market and we’re open to utilizing and learning new software programs, as needed, to meet our client expectations.

Methodology

  • Pinnacle Consultant Group incorporates a rigorous estimating methodology which we have developed over many years, keeping in mind the construction sub-contractors. This helps our customers to accurately bid a project and upon award, maintain profitability.
  • Our preconstruction estimation process starts from the project specifications book and ends with our unique submission package which places the contractor in the position to bid projects with confidence.
  • This detailed process allows us to minimize the possibility of errors and provide the estimate in a timely fashion.
  • Our customers can choose to schedule virtual meetings where our team members share key highlights and discuss estimating parameters by utilizing the CPR (Customer Project Review) methodology.

Quality

  • All estimates are completed using our in-house Quality Driven Estimation (QDE) process and cross-checked by the P-S-T (Primary-Secondary-Tertiary) quality verification process.
  • We utilize these steps to provide accurate takeoff quantities. This strategic process has enabled us to deliver quality projects consistently to our customers.
  • Pinnacle Consultant Group provides an unparalleled level of customer service through daily interaction with our Account Management Team.
  • In addition to an Estimating Team, our clients are provided with a full time Account Manager to answer any questions and assist on bids as needed.
